Receive an e-mail from Captain James confirming the details of your trip. You will need to finalize your reservation by following the instructions in the e-mail. A deposit equal to 50% of your total trip cost is required to hold your reservation. The deposit is payable by major credit card through PayPal. Your confirmation e-mail will contain instructions on how to pay your deposit.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so at anytime more than 72 hours in advance of the trip for a full refund less a 10% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations less than 72 hours in advance of a confirmed trip.
